American firm Kraft Heinz has announced that it will be launching a range of new coffee beverages featuring Baileys, but in a non-alcoholic format.
Drinks Insight Network reported on the launch of the new products, which will include Baileys ready to drink (RTD) cold brew in cans, as well as Baileys Roast & Ground Coffee bags and K-Cup pods.
Diageo, the owner of the cream liqueur brand, is partnering with Kraft Heinz on this new range of products, which will feature two flavours: salted caramel and Irish cream.
Speaking to the news provider senior licensing manager at Diageo Declan Hassett commented: “From ice-cream to chocolates we’ve extended the brand into new indulgent categories, but there is nothing closer to the brand than a flavourful cup of coffee.”
The roasted coffee bags and K-Cup pods, meanwhile, will be available in Irish cream and chocolate cherry flavours.
It’s not the only new Baileys product hitting shelves at present. Earlier this month, Bustle reported on the return of the Baileys pumpkin spice drink. This is a limited edition of the cream liqueur that the brand has released for the past couple of autumns.
According to the website, it’s a great addition to your coffee, as well as being a useful ingredient if you fancy making a pumpkin spiced milkshake or similarly flavoured chai.
There are a range of possibilities with this version of the liqueur, and the new cold brew coffees are likely to give people yet more ideas about how they can use Baileys in their beverages this winter.
