Sandiacre TG250
Sandiacre TG250 machine, which is currently being completely refurbished / repainted and can be supplied as either a heat seal machine or a poly machine, as required. There will be a photocell for print registration and one set of forming parts included, if the correct size is in stock. The machine will be PLC controlled, with a colour touch screen, for operation and parameter setting. The parameters are password protected, so nobody can fiddle. Very simple to operate and maintain.
Rovema V Heat Seal Machine
The Rovema V is a heat seal machine, complete with auger feeder and photocell for printed film. The machine comes with 4 sets of bag forming parts, for 90mm, 120mm, 140mm and 150mm. It also comes with sevaral auger spiral and funnel sets. This make the machine very flexible.
The machine can make bags up to 180mm wide by 300mm long, depending on forming parts fitted. The auger feeder is believed to be an Arenco. The machine is in very good order and appearance and looks like it has been well looked after.
Sandiacre TG1 Plus Weighers
This Sandiacre TG1 was purchased new by the current owner and only used 3 days per week for 3 months each year. It comes complete with 3 sets of forming parts and photocell for print registration. In addition, there is a quad set of Ward Bekker weighers, each of which will weigh up to 1kg. As it has been rarley used, for its age, it is in excellent condition. The paintwork is slightly scratched, which is a result of it being currently in storage.
Hamac 125C
Older style reciprocating jaw, Hamac heat seal machine, type 125C. A brilliant machine is its day but at a realistic price today, will still give years of service. The machine can be synchronised with virtually any type of product feeding equipment and can make bags up to 160mm wide by 300mm long, with the appropriate size of forming parts fitted. Speeds up to 70 bags per minute are still possible with this machine.
Rovema V180
Rovema V180 heat seal machine, for bags up to 180mm wide by 240mm long, depending on forming parts fitted. Complete with one set of forming parts, Rovema volumetric cup filler and a single Bond linear weigher. Previously used for packing nuts and similar products, up to 500g. The machine is fully synchronised for both types of product feeder, which are interchangable.
