IMA C23 string & tag tea bag machine.Year of manufacture, 1987 and in excellent condition. Suitable for both naked bags & crimp-seal outer envelopes. It is currently set for hand packing into cartons although there is an automatic cartoning unit available for 10 count. The Tea bag size is 40 x 60mm. Production speed is 180 bags per minute and the production hours are 19900.

This 1982 IMA C21 string and tag & heat seal enveloping. Double chamber tea bag machine, Tea bag size 40mm x 60mm (IMA size 2).
Outer envelope size 58 x 72mm, Outer paper enveloping, attachment to be refitted ready to engage, when required.
Pre counting and grouping Manual retrieval of tea bags.
Choice of 4 machines, some with cartonning some with enveloping.

Universal-Pack BU4T, high speed 4 lane tea bag machine, for speeds up to 800 tea bags per minute. Currently set for tea bag size, 70mm x 65mm, with a tea weight up to 3.2g. There is mechanical speed adjustment on the machine. This machine has only been used 1 day each week for the last 4 years. I perfect working order, except the knives may need sharpening or replacing.
