UNIVERSAL PACK NVG-12 Sachet Machine
Built in 1995, this Universal Pack NVG-12 sachet machine is in excellent working order. The current sachet size is fixed at 50mm wide by 110mm long. With the aid of change parts, other sachet sizes can be produced. The speed of the machine is 720 sachet per minute and requires very little attention when in production. Just need to keep an eye on product and film. Currently being used for chocolate or coffee powder, 2 - 15g.
Volpak S-140D Sachet Machine
Used Volpak S-140 duplex horizontal sachet machine. the maximum sachet size that the machine can produce is 140mm x 200mm, with a fill volume of 300cc. Speeds up to 100 sachets per minute. Currently the machine is set up for powder and has a Volpak twin head DS303 auger feeder. The unit includes an Autotherm AKL90 heating/cooling unit, DCE UMA40MMDA dust collection unit and a DCE Unimaster MM20A dust collector. There is also a Lumonics Model 942 lasermark printer, Fordertechnik 300kg capacity bowl lifter/inverter and numerous spare parts.
