The NEW string and tag tea bag machine, has been built, to be sold, for a very realistic price. It is a double chamber machine, which can produce string and tag tea bags at up to 90 per minute, of either 40mm x 60mm or 45mm x 60mm, which is determined at time of order. The machine was originally designed for black and fruit teas but clearly can handle 2g of any type of tea. The machine can be supplied as string and tag with or without enveloping. The enveloping option can be either crimp sealing or heat sealing.
The tea stick machine was designed for speciality teas, where tea bag paper is not required. Instead, the packaging material can be a normal light laminate as the machine punches water circulation holes in the film, with a special perforating mould, during production. Therefore, the stick can be put in the cup or mug of hot water and stirred around to brew the tea. The machine delivers 2-3g of tea in to each stick, which is 18mm x 135mm. It has a simple slide volumetric dosing unit and a tube vibration unit, so that the tea does not bridge. Photocell for printed film is also included on the machine.
The machine is based on the simple to set up and operate S-110 sachet machine, which has been adapted to produce round tea bags. The tea bags produced are 70mm in diameter and the machine runs at approximately 80 tea bags per minute. The machine is equipped with an auger type feeding unit, as well as a waste paper collection system. Picture not very good but machine is excellent.
The machine is a Hurstpack catering tea bags machine which was designed to produce 125mm tea bags to make up to 1 gallon, (4.5l) of tea. The machine makes approximately 40 bags per minute and the tea volume is adjustable from 10g to 18g per bag. In extremely good condition.
The IMA C21 tea bag machine has been thoroughly checked over prior to being offered for sale. It is set up to produce tea bags. 40mm x 60mm, with string and tag. This particular machine does not have enveloping but it does have grouping, for manual removal. The grouping is in 20's or 25's, which is selectable.
