Stick 5 Vertical Stick Pack Machine
The Stick 5 is a small foot print but relatively fast stick pack producing machine, for products such as sugar, coffee and similar powder type products. The machine can make sticks from 16.5mm wide to 50mm wide by 16.5mm long up to 120mm long. It is a 5 lane machine, with a production speed of 200 sticks per minute. The product is delivered by a simple adjustable volumetric slide system.
Stick 80 Vertical Stick Pack Machine
The Stick 80 is a single lane vertical stick pack machine, which can be used for powder, granules, paste or liquid products. The stick sizes it can produce, with the appropriate size change parts, is from 17mm wide x 60mm long, up to 50mm wide x 160mm long. Approximately 100cc of product can be dispensed in to the stick, at speeds up to 80 sticks per minute. The picture shows the machine with an auger feeder fitted but of course other options are available.
Stick 3 Vertical Stick Pack Machine
The Stick 3 is a 3 lane vertical, stick pack machine, which can be used for powder, granules, paste or liquid products. The stick sizes it can produce are up to 50mm wide x 160mm long. The maximum speed is 200 sticks per minute. The foot print of the machine is 1.1m deep, x 1.1m wide, x 2.5m high.
Speciality Tea Vertical Stick Pack Machine
The tea stick machine was designed for speciality teas, where tea bag paper is not required. Instead, the packaging material can be a normal light laminate, as the machine punches water circulation holes in the film, during production, with a special mould. Therefore, the stick can be directly put in the cup or mug of hot water and stirred around to brew the tea. The machine delivers 2-3g of tea in to each stick of 18mm x 135mm. It has a simples slide volumetric dosing unit and a tube vibration unit, so that the tea does not bridge. Photocell for printed film is included on the machine.
