Hassia FVL 23/24 Sachet Machine
Used Hassia FVL 23/24 , 4 lane liquid sachet filling machine, currently set up for a sachet size of 50mm wide by 100mm long, The machine is complete and in very good working order and comes complete with a quantity of change parts and spares. The machine requires a 3 phase electrical supply, rated at 10 amps and the dimensions of the machine are, (w x l x h), 1.2m x 1.0m x 2.2m.
Volpak S-140D Sachet Machine
Used Volpak S-140 duplex horizontal sachet machine. the maximum sachet size that the machine can produce is 140mm x 200mm, with a fill volume of 300cc. Speeds up to 100 sachets per minute. Currently the machine is set up for powder and has a Volpak twin head DS303 auger feeder. The unit includes an Autotherm AKL90 heating/cooling unit, DCE UMA40MMDA dust collection unit and a DCE Unimaster MM20A dust collector. There is also a Lumonics Model 942 lasermark printer, Fordertechnik 300kg capacity bowl lifter/inverter and numerous spare parts.
Product Accumulation Towers
2 x product accumulation towers for sale, in pristine condition, as virtually new. The towers have been briefly used to accumulate finished boxes of tea bags and can store a considerable amount of finished product, to avoid stopping production. In this way, any down stream stoppages are buffered out, to keep up stream machinery running.This increases the effficiency of any production line, as any stoppages are usually accumlative and this is why overall efficiency is affected.
Omari STC-V Stretch Wrap Machine
Omari STC-V stretch wrapping machine. Built approximately 1998 and in excellent working order. The machine has been fully maintained by the UK agent during that time and will be sold with a number of spare parts. The machine has only had light use and was previously used for stretch wrapping mushroom punnets. Maximum speed is 50 punnets per minute and will accept punnets up to 85mm high x 260mm long x 200mm wide.
