Tin Line
Smarthall purpose built tin filling line complete with in feed conveyor and indexing gates to fill four tins at a time. Ideal for confectionery or other products, better presented in a tin. High level feed hopper distributes tea to four linear weighers with four weigh pans. Weight range, 10g to 1000g. When weight is made the weigh pans open to funnel the product into the waiting tins before starting another cycle. Maximum speed around 120 tins per minute whith all four weighers. Built 1996 and hardly used since then but in pristine condition.
Kallfass Universal KC5040 L Sealer
Compact and easy to operate L-sealer, combined with shrink tunnel. Exceptionally robust machine for industrial application. Dimensions of sealing frame 500 x 400 mm. Proven impulse sealing technique with Teflon-coated sealing wire for inodorous operation. Machine speeds up to approx. 20 cycles per minute. Electro-mechanical operated sealing frame with l-hand start, switchable to variable operation cycle, equipped with electro-magnetically operated hooks to apply constant pressure during the sealing cycle, also enabling the accurate setting of sealing times especially important for the sealing of thicker films. Transport conveyor for automatic transport of the film wrapped products into the shrink tunnel.
Volpak S-140D Sachet Machine
Used Volpak S-140 duplex horizontal sachet machine. the maximum sachet size that the machine can produce is 140mm x 200mm, with a fill volume of 300cc. Speeds up to 100 sachets per minute. Currently the machine is set up for powder and has a Volpak twin head DS303 auger feeder. The unit includes an Autotherm AKL90 heating/cooling unit, DCE UMA40MMDA dust collection unit and a DCE Unimaster MM20A dust collector. There is also a Lumonics Model 942 lasermark printer, Fordertechnik 300kg capacity bowl lifter/inverter and numerous spare parts.
