S-110 Horizontal Sachet Machine
The S-110 horizontal sachet machine is a very flexible machine, with a relatively small foot print. It can produce a range of sachets from 40mm x 40mm up to 110mm x 120mm, at speeds up to 110 sachet per minute. The complete range of sachet sizes can be achieved without the need for change parts. This same base machine can also be equipped to produce wet tissue sachets or to pack powder, granules, pastes as well as liquid products.
S-140 Horizontal Sachet Machine
S-140 horizontal sachet machine is the big brother of the S-110 above. The machine is similarly flexible, without the need for change parts and can produce sachets at up to 90 sachets per minute, with a maximum 250cc fill volume. The machine is slightly larger than the S-110 and the foot print is 1.1m deep, x 3.17m long, x 2.2m high. As with the S-110, the machine, it can be eqipped to pack powder, granules, pastes or liquids.
D-150 Vertical Sachet Machine
The D-150 is a vertical sachet machine, in a 4 lane configuration. It can make sachets in the range 40mm x 40mm up to 150mm x 200mm. Maximum fill volume is 150cc and speeds are up to 100 sachets per minute. As with the machine above, the D-150 can pack powder, granules, liquids or pastes, with the appropriate product feeder. The size of the D-150 machine is as follows: 1.2m deep, x 1.4m wide, x 2.5m high.
