The 200 is also offered in a twin version, to give twice the speed of the single. Truly twin, with separate controls for each side. The 200 is a stainless steel form fill seal machine, which is very flexible, as well as compact, which can make bags from 50mm x 50mm up to 250mm x 400mm, at speeds up to 70 bags per minute. The PLC control system stores 99 product recipes, which makes size changing easier, quicker and more accurate, which in turn, increases production time by reducing down time. The machine can be equipped with numerous additional features, such as gas flushing, gussetting, zip closures, label applicators and much more.
LE 200 QUAD VFFS
The above range of stainless steel form fill seal machine can be equipped to produce quad packs, which have nice sharp sealed corners and make a very aesthetically pleasing pack, which is becoming very popular with aNot only does the pack stand up on the shelf but it really promoted the fact that the product is of a high quality. These quad parts can be added to an existing 200 machine as a retrofit or ordered at the same time as the LE 200. The mechainsim is easy to adjust and can just be moved out of the way for pillow packs.
