Our VFFS range of new VFFS machines, cover bag sizes from 50mm x 50mm, all the way up to 500mm wide by 800mm long. The machines are constructed from stainless steel to suit the most environment
requirements and therefore makes it ideal for wet and extremes conditions. It is built to meet all current and
anticipated European legislation and can be tailored to your specific application, as single or twin machine. The machine is pre-programmes to work with any type of product feeding equipment. It is designed to match the needs of the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.
Designed and built to give a consistent and reliable performance, ensuring the
machine is available for production when needed, whether packaging granules,
liquids, powders or solids. There are a number of additional accessories available for the machine, such as zip unit, label applicator, gas flushing, Euroslot, bag tapper, hole punch, product support plate and many more.
LE 200 QUAD VFFS
The above range of stainless steel form fill seal machine can be equipped to produce quad packs, which have nice sharp sealed corners and make a very aesthetically pleasing pack, which is becoming very popular with aNot only does the pack stand up on the shelf but it really promoted the fact that the product is of a high quality. These quad parts can be added to an existing 200 machine as a retrofit or ordered at the same time as the LE 200. The mechainsim is easy to adjust and can just be moved out of the way for pillow packs.
LE 500 VFFS
The LE500 is based on the LE 200 above but can make much larger bags. It has a slightly larger foot print and. It can make bags from 70mm x 70mm, up to 500mm x 800mm, with the appropriate forming parts fitted. The machine can be equipped, as above, for sealing either laminate or PE packaging films or a dual machine if required. The control system is PLC based with 99 product recipes, which makes size changing easier, quicker and more accurate, which increases production time by reducing down time. As you can see, many of the basic features of the 500 machines are the same as the 200. Many extras are also available with the 500 machine. Gas flushing, label applicators, vacuum assist film draw down belts etc., as above but with other important features, such as pneumatic product support unit, bag prickers, block bottom and carry handle facility.
