Model 200 VFFS
The 200 is just one model in a range of stainless steel form fill seal machines which are very flexible and compact machines. This model can make bag sizes from 50mm x 50mm up to 250mm x 400mm, with the appropriate forming parts fitted, at speeds up to 70 bags per minute. The machine can be equipped for sealing either laminate or PE packaging films or a dual machine if required. The control system is PLC based with 99 product recipes, which makes size changing easier, quicker and more accurate, which increases production time by reducing down time. The machine operating parameters are all accessed by a colour touch screen and password protected. The operator uses the same touch screen, to simply make bags or fill bags. The machine is pre-programmed to synchronise with all possible product feeding equipment and many extras are available for the machine, such as gas flushing and label applicators.There are other specific options available, such as for quad packs. The control system is PLC based and can store 99 recipes, which makes size changing easier, quicker and more accurate.
