The Kallfass Universa 8060/100
The Kallfass Universa 8060/100 is a used fully automatic high speed L seal machine. It can pack products from CD's to calendars to clocks and packs up to 700mm long x 500mm wide and 80mm high. Speeds up to 22 packs per minute. The product is detected by either vertical or horizontal sensors, depending on height of the product. The in feed and out feed conveyors are fully adjustable in speed and are tied together electrically. We can also offer a 15kw EDL tunnel with this machine.
Kallfass KC 5040 semi automatic L sealer
Kallfass KC 5040 semi automatic L sealer, with shrink tunnel on same frame and frame mounted on wheels. The product is manually placed for sealing and then the seal bar comes down automatically, times out and raises. The conveyor then transports the pack to the tunnel for shrinking, while the next pack is being prepared.
