Packaging Machines
We can offer many packaging machines from all types of manufacturer. There are shrink wrappers, L sealers, used VFFS machines, new VFFS machines, sachet machines and stick pack machine. We can also offer tea bag machines and Kallfass machine, together with Kallfass spares and Kallfass service. Packaging machines, sometimes called packaging machinery or packing machines are all generic terms for all types of packing machine.
VFFS Machines.
If you are looking for a VFFS machine, you have come to the right place. There are always a number of used VFFS machines available at any time. The new VFFS machines are built to order and are constructed from stainless steel. Our used or second hand VFFS machine take many forms, such as VFFS machine for polythene or VFFS machines for laminates. We can also provide VFFS machines with zip units for re-closing, label applicators, instead of printed film as well as thermal printers. The VFFS machines can also be equipped with gussetting or block bottom, to improve pack aesthetics. To go with the VFFS machines, we can also supply auger feeders, cup fillers, linear weighers or multihead weighers and to raise product to the product feeders, we can offer product elevators, to feed the packaging machine.
Stick Pack Machines.
Our range of stickpack machines can many products product types and many stick sizes. The stick pack machines can be used for coffee packing, sugar packing, tea packing, for packing salt and or packing pepper. There is a special tea stick pack machine, just for speciality teas. The tea stickpack machine produces a tea stick, where the pack has holes in the stick packaging material, which allows the tea to brew in the stickpack, in the cup or mug. Other stick pack machines produce coffee sticks, sugar sticks and tea stick packs, as used by most Hotels and restaurants. The stick pack machines are new and built to order to a very high standard.
Sachet Machines
As with our stickpack machines, our sachet machines are mostly new sachet machines but we do also have used sachet machines. The new sachet machines are all built to order to a very high technical specification. The new and used sachet machines can pack virtually any product, such as powders, granules, liquids and creams, with the addition of the appropriate product feeder. Again, these sachet packs, which are produced on sachet machines, are used in many Hotels, restaurants and on airplanes.
Wet Wipe Machines
We have a number of new wetwipe machines, as well as used wetwipe machines available at any one time. The new wetwipe machines are built to order and can put one ot two wet tissues in to each sachet produced on the wet tissue machine. The used wet tissue machines do not come on the market very often, as producers keep them until they are run them in to the ground. However, the new wet wipe machine are economically priced.
Tea Bag Machines
There are a number tea bag machines always available. There are new tea stick machines, new round tea bag machines and used tea bag machines. The used tea bag machine are generally quite expensive and very sought after. The used tea bag machines normally make a 40mm x 60mm tea bag from a double chamber tea bag machine. Other tea bag sizes are possible and we currently have a catering tea bag machine. This catering tea bag machine can produce round catering tea bags up to 125mm in diameter.
Kallfass Machines
Kallfass machines are a good quality German built machine. Not only can we offer new Kallfass machines but we can also offer used Kallfass machines, Kallfass spares and Kallfass service to our customers. The range of new Kallfass machines are high speed, up to 85 cycles per minute for The Kallfass Universa 700 machine. The used Kallfass machines included are a Kallfass Universa 8060/100, a Kallfass Supawrap 650 in line shrink wrapper, a Kallfass Supawrap off set in line shrink wrapper and a Kallfass KC5040 semiautomatic L sealing machine.
