VFFS Machines for Coffee
Our VFFS range of new VFFS machines, cover bag sizes from 50mm x 50mm, all the way up to 500mm wide by 800mm long. The machines are constructed from stainless steel to suit the most environment
requirements and therefore makes it ideal for wet and extremes conditions, plus generally being easy to clean. It is built to meet all current and
anticipated European legislation and can be tailored to your specific application. The machines are ideal for packing coffee in granule, powder or as beans. Any type of product feeder can be used with these machines, as they are all preprogrammed when leaving the factory. This particular machine can also produce QUAD packs, which seems to be the way for speciality coffees and teas.
Coffee Sachet Machines
The S-110 horizontal sachet machine is a very flexible machine, with a relatively small foot print. It can produce a range of sachets from 40mm x 40mm up to 110mm x 120mm, at speeds up to 110 sachet per minute. The complete range of sachet sizes can be achieve without the need for change parts. This same base machine can also be equipped to produce wet tissue sachets. Can be equpped to pack powder, granules, pastes and liquids.
Coffee Stick Pack Machines
The Stick 80 is a single lane vertical stick pack machine, which can be used for powder, granules, paste or liquid products. The stick sizes it can produce, with the appropriate size change parts, is from 17mm wide x 60mm long, up to 50mm wide x 160mm long. Approximately 100cc of product can be dispensed in to the stick, at speeds up to 80 sticks per minute. The picture shows the machine with an auger feeder fitted but of course other options are available.
Coffee Stick Pack Machines
The Stick 3 is a 3 lane vertical, stick pack machine, which can be used for powder, granules, paste or liquid products. The stick sizes it can produce are up to 50mm wide x 160mm long. The maximum speed is 200 sticks per minute. The foot print of the machine is 1.1m deep, x 1.1m wide, x 2.5m high.
